First visit with Dr. McQuillan

Thursday, August 25th was Hudson's first visit to the pediatrician's office. Garrett and I were both very happy with Dr. McQuillan and are excited that he will be Hudson's pediatrician. When we left the hospital on Monday, they lectured me a little about making sure he was continuing to eat well since he had lost 8% of his birthweight and was down to 7lbs. 9oz. Between Monday and Thursday morning, Hudson proved himself to be a very good eater indeed when he weighed in at 7lbs. 15oz.! I don't think he is going to have a problem getting back up to his birthweight by two weeks old. :) Oh how I love our little man. Completely and utterly head over heels in love with him!
